Restorative -In this class you will learn to release and soften your body through this soothing practice. Find stillness in supported poses aimed to help you let go of stress and find peace. Feel the tension melt away while you are mindfully guided into a deep relaxation. Leave feeling refreshed and restored!

Yoga Basics - Start where you are and learn the basic principles of yoga, In this class you will will be taught proper alignment for a safe and healthy practice and how to mindfully move your body with your breath. Introduce yourself to yoga sequences and terminology. Set the foundation for a lifelong practice of health and happiness. 

Gentle Yoga - Nourish your body in our gentle yoga class. This slower paced practice offers a well supported practice including movement and breath. This is a perfect beginning yoga class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga. 

All Level Yoga - This class can accommodates a wide range of experience levels from beginner to advanced practitioners. This is a medium-paced yoga class that is a perfect opportunity to explore your practice. and experience the elements of Yoga.

Slow Flow - Experience balance as we move slowly through a flow practice. Find your strength as we hold poses a bit longer and connect a bit deeper. 

Kriya Flow - Experience all the elements of yoga with an ever transitioning practice of postures or asana, meditation, kriya, mantra, pranayama, accessible to anyone new or novice. This class will incorporate traditional hatha yoga principles with Sattva yoga which has similar roots to kundalini yoga.

Yoga Flow - Flow through your practice and experience your body. In this class we will focus on alignment and the Asana postures. while moving through an energetic practice. Build, strength, stamina, and  flexibility partnered with breath awareness creating an optimal mind -body connection.
